Based on a verified role vs skills matrix, an individual will be assigned to complete an online competence test. Tests will be timed.
The individual/user will be timed e.g. will have to complete the test in a specific time frame e.g. 3 minutes for example.
A pdf report on the individuals results that to share with their employer and the client.
From a master list of questions, the system selects random questions for selected modules to provide the test.
